“The sound design in Passenger is genuinely unsettling, especially the way they layered the road noise to mask the creature’s movement until the very last second. I really appreciated the tight, claustrophobic editing during the night driving scenes, though the pacing drags quite a bit once they actually stop the van. It feels like they had a killer concept for the audio but ran out of steam by the third act.”
