did anyone else feel like that ending was kinda rushed?

I really loved the chemistry between the lead and the meteorologist when they were trapped in that safehouse, but the last ten minutes felt like they just wanted to get it over with. It hit me right in the gut though, definitely going to be thinking about that final shot for a while.
