did anyone else notice the weird frame drops in the Shibuya fight?

The editing in the final act felt a bit choppy to me, almost like they were trying to hide the scale of the animation by cutting away too fast during the big hits. I really wanted them to hold those wide shots longer instead of jumping around so much.
